I felt very happy and at peace with myself after taking this 1:1 somatic session. The next day I woke up feeling empowered within me and feeling so grateful with myself. I was able to connect with my higher self and feel that I got me, I am safe, I am loved and I can achieve everything my heart desires. It was powerful to see how my body connect with nature during this call and learn how that can help me regulate my nervous system.
